G-ware warehouse simplifies the records and management of warehouse operations, utilization of floor space and enables higher workforce productivity.

Check-ups and updates always take place in real time along with the use of the automatic identification of individual handling units, goods and stock positions. It also enables its users to abide by the FIFO or FEFO procedures and ensures traceability of all operations. Among the system’s specific functions is management of high-runner products or easily spoiled goods, management of the complex operation of homogenous pallet dispatch, cardboard, individual pieces and completion of deliveries into packages, cardboard and pallets. Another option is completion of special customer pallets according to the JIT/JIS sequence, labelling or assembly according to the BOM definition. Companies gain an accurate overview of the amount of particular goods or a finished product, its current location or vacant warehousing positions in the warehouse. The system runs on the basis of bar codes but can be interconnected with a plethora of other technologies such as: RFID, Pick by light, Pick by voice, etc. It can also be integrated with automatic shelving systems.

G-WARE JIS
Management of daily sequence deliveries (JIT/JIS) is a concept of delivery management between the customer and supplier built on EDI technology. This concept allows customers to plan the dispatch and management of the manufacturing capacities of their suppliers.
The aim is to eliminate needlessly high warehouse stock and to increase the flexibility of the entire customer-supplier chain. The deliveries are managed by call-offs from customers which provide information about the current requirements of customers and their forecasts for the imminent future.
A specialized solution of the G-Ware Sequence is dedicated to automated management of Just-in-Time Just-in-Sequence deliveries. This module fully utilizes EDI communication for message exchange in various standards (for instance EDIFACT, Odette, VDA, ANSI, etc.)

Aplikace zajistí tisk etiket a průvodní dokumentace. Bezchybnost dodávek je monitorována skenery snímajícími identifikační kódy ze sekvencovaných výrobků. Při realizaci dodávek je klíčové na základě kumulativních čísel připravit plán dodávek a zabezpečit vychystávání finálních výrobků podle FIFO. Při realizaci dodávek JIS (Just-in-Sequence) je klíčové dodat zákazníkovi správné množství ve správném čase a správném pořadí položek v manipulačních jednotkách i jejich umístění na kamionu.

The web solution G-Ware Portal for communication with suppliers provides simplification and a more effective way of systematic cooperation between the supplier and customer.
This module offers a consolidated overview of currently approved delivery orders, call-offs, warehouse reports, stock movements allowing the suppliers to react quickly based on the current requirements of their customers. There is also the possibility of adjusting the module to meet the requirements of customers.
Currently, because of the G-ware Portal, the supplier has the option of printing the unique labels of a particular customer, which makes identification of inbound goods easier.
