ISO 9001:2015 is the internationally recognized quality management system (QMS) standard, as such it is one of the most used standards in the world.
ISO 9001 offers a set of principles which provide an easy way to manage an organization, satisfy customers and other investors.
The standard was revised in September of year 2015. Czech version of the standard ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016 came into effect on 1 March 2016.
